Deborah Gardner, Business Manager and CFO
Deborah Gardner serves dual roles as our Business Manager and CFO. She handles all of the paperwork, finances, budgeting, human resources, and web site maintenance.

Deborah is also employed full time with Providence Country Club as their Controller & Director of Human Resources. Providence Country Club is a members only premier golf facility located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte.

Prior to this Deborah was employed by the PGA Tour as a Regional Senior Accounting Director, where she oversaw four Tournament Players Clubs, TPC Piper Glen in Charlotte, NC, TPC Southwind, in Memphis, TN, TPC Virginia Beach in Virginia Beach, VA and TPC Wakefield Plantation in Raleigh, NC. Her home base at TPC Piper Glen was sold by the PGA Tour in July of 2007. While offered the opportunity to relocate with the PGA Tour, Deborah did not wish to leave the Charlotte area.

Due to her rigorous schedule, you will rarely find Deborah on the lanes bowling these days. Once a competitive bowler, she now enjoys having fun with the game and using the time to socialize and wind down. Deborah is a magnet to the youth program and builds strong, long lasting relationships with our junior bowlers.

We are fortunate to have a financial person with a complete understanding of the bowling industry on staff. This is a tremendous asset to the growth of Bowling Solutions.

When asked about her favorite vacation spot, she merely wants the sun, sand, “real” water (meaning you can’t see land on the other side) and beverages with little umbrellas !!!! A perfect day would be spending time with family & friends on the lake with a boat, jet skis and a cooler.

Chuck Gardner II – General Manager/Port St Lucie
Chuck Gardner II, affectionately referred to as BabyG, has been around bowling since conception. While he has always had a love for the sport, his passion for the business side of the sport did not hit him until 2008. At that time he started to show aspirations of following in his father’s footsteps.

Once Chuck II realized his passion he began to spend countless hours training with his father, learning the art of ball drilling and running a retail store. This has been a fairly easy transition, as since a toddler, he has been inside a bowling center. His thirst for knowledge continues to this day and he takes every opportunity available to him to continue his education. In June of 2010 Chuck II attending the Advanced IBPSIA Training session in Las Vegas with Mo Pinel. This is the most intense training that any pro shop operator can receive and less than 100 people have accomplished this task and completed the course. It was great to hear Mo report that BabyG was the “STAR of the Class”. We are extremely proud of his dedication.

Chuck’s uncanny personality makes him a sure fit for Bowling Solutions and we are ecstatic to have him as part of the team. He truly believes that his job is to help each and every customer enjoy the game more and to be the best they can be on the lanes.
